Ciara Brown signs with Virginia CommonwealthOn Thursday, Bishop Verot senior Ciara Brown (class of 2006) signed a letter-of-intent to play Division 1 volleyball at Virginia Commonwealth University. Brown, a setter for the Vikings, is the FACA District 16-3A Player of the Year with over 715 assists in the 2009 season.
