Sixth Grade Field Trip
6th Grade went canoeing on the Peace River. We were fortunate enough to see several of God’s beautiful creations, including 2 alligators! We canoed 5 miles and stopped along the way to look for fossils and play in the water. We had a blast taking education out of the classroom and into nature! - Mrs. Leatherman

Girls Bible Club Middle School
Back during first semester, many of our students attended the RED Student Leadership Conference at South Ft. Myers High School. The event was sponsored by Union Station, a united group of youth pastors from this area. Students were challenged to start a bible study at their school, and encouraged to pray for ways to make an impact for Christ ion their campus. . Seventh graders, Robin Mitchell and Mallory Dillon have been hosting an optional girls middle school bible study on Wednesdays during lunch time this year.
Today, their guest speaker was FMCS alumni (class of 2002), Arianne Hutcherson! It is great to see what God is doing in our alumni and how they are passing on the message of Christ! Thank you Arianne. Arianne and her husband, Will, are expecting their first baby very soon.

Fourth Grade Mission 25:40 This Year
Thank you everyone who has been collecting soda tabs this year for the Ronald McDonald House. 4th grade students’ mission project is the Ronald McDonald House. As classes collect tabs, they give them to a fourth grade student. Madi and Christine, fourth grade students, helped deliver the 2 two feet storage bins of tabs. The Ronald McDonald House gets about $5,000 annually from the collection of tabs. - Mrs. Judy Sanders, 4th grade
